The Hyundai model had been delivered in two ages (RD and GK) over its life expectancy and in that time these ages have been dependent upon intermittent facelifts.

These facelifts have endeavored to stay up with the latest with different security upgrades and a combination of changes to the outside and inside styling. The RD Tiburon was underway for a long time from 1996 to 2001. The GK Tiburon was presented in 2002 (as a 2003 model) and finished creation in 2008.

The past age of Tiburon was ceased after 2001. Hyundai dispatched a changed Tiburon in 2003 for the 2003 model year, giving it new styling, bigger measurements, and a discretionary V6 motor.

Tiburon’s wheelbase and in general length became somewhat contrasted with the past form, expanding check weight by around 200 pounds (91 kg). In the US, base and GT V6 models were offered with standard front side airbags and discretionary electronically monitored slowing mechanisms.

Base Tiburons held another 138 hp (103 kW) 2.0-liter four-chamber motor, while GT V6 roadsters got the new 2.7-liter 172 hp (128 kW) V6 from Hyundai’s Sonata and Santa Fe. A five-speed manual transmission was standard, and a four-speed programmed was discretionary.

The programmed unit had a manual move entryway. Likewise discretionary on the GT V6 was a six-speed manual gearbox. Base models and GT V6 automatics rode on 16-inch tires, versus 17-inch for the GT V6 manual models. Both had standard four-wheel plate brakes.

Calfskin upholstery was standard in the GT V6, just as a back spoiler (high spoiler sexually transmitted disease. on 6-speed in particular). Aluminum pedals and a sunroof were discretionary.
